The lawful basis is your consent: by submitting the Free Ticket Review form or contacting us, you consent to our use of the information you provide for the purposes set out above. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; withdrawal may limit our ability to continue representing you.

How long we keep it

We retain client files in line with our professional record retention obligations and applicable Alberta law. For submissions that do not result in an engagement, we retain the intake record for up to 24 months for follow-up and quality purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
